Hello! I am Valerie!

Puppets make me happy, and I enjoy seeing the smile they bring to others. I was inspired to make my first puppet after watching a young girl (and her puppet) at a neighborhood party. It was heartwarming to see her joy, and making puppets seemed like a hobby that would be uplifting and fun!

A few months later, the Covid pandemic happened. I worried that young children would be afraid of the challenges around them, so I made puppets for church families, neighborhood children, and relatives. I loved receiving videos of children playing with their puppets.

Now, I watch for children who might need a “puppet pal” due to an illness, an upcoming move, or a family crisis. (They also make great Christmas and birthday gifts!)

Each puppet I create is handmade with love, and my puppets are given to kids in need with every purchase.
